Furthermore, the product MJ-05M06G03A-NF - one of the most popular today - is 1.5kg light, has high features, and is simple to install, with frequency levels ranging from 500MHz to 6GHz, 3DBi. Not only that, but for many years we have been a supplier of FT-7500 - Marine antenna for the region.

憑據聯徵中間統計，過去房市較為低迷的期間，2014~2018年雙貸族數量相對不亂保持在28~29萬人，但隨房市景氣復甦，市場對資金需求增添，房市越熱雙貸族的數目越多且金額也越高，本年7月雙貸族人數、金額都創下新高。

按照聯徵中間最新統計資料顯示，本年7月身揹信貸與房貸的雙貸族，全國共有34.5萬人，創下2012年統計以來的新高，而雙貸族平均房貸金額為523萬元，平均信貸金額為91.3萬元，貸款金額也雙雙創下新高，特別今年央行已累計升息三次共兩碼，對於習慣低利的雙貸族而言，馬上就面臨每月還款肩負增加的壓力。

信義衡宇不動產企研室專案司理曾敬德默示，過往有銀行推出高成數的房貸搭配信貸方案，協助民眾可以輕鬆購屋，但央行增強對於房市的資金管控，這類方案已不常見，不外民眾購屋時需要裝修，仍有短時間的資金需求，銀行也願意以較優惠的利率吸引前提較佳的民眾申請信貸。

聯徵中間統計顯示，2012年1月信貸與房貸的雙貸族，平均貸款總金額為357萬元，不外今年7月已增添到614萬元，創下統計以來新高，身揹房貸與新貸的雙貸族人數也是新高的34.5萬人，今年央行的資金政策已由寬鬆轉緊縮，累計升息兩碼後，貸款一族的肩負也隨之增加。

通常動用到信貸的民眾，多屬短期手頭資金較緊的族群，現在遇到利率「升升不息」，加上通膨帶動平常消費支出開消增加，生怕會排擠到民眾的其他非需要性的支出。
